This month’s Blog Hop Challenge was to create a set of 5 tags. I had an idea in mind as soon as I received my latest PTI order using the Tag Sale #8 die and the City Scene sets. The sentiment is from Winter Snow Globe.
While I was cutting the tags with my Big Shot, I was thinking that the interior portion looked a lot like a popsicle…so, I decided to experiment!
The “groove” is stamped with one of the “road” images from City Scene, and the sentiment and snowflake are from Winter Penguin.

It’s been quite a while since I last participated in a PTI Blog Hop, but this month’s challenge made it the perfect time to start up again. The theme this month is “Wreaths”, so I chose a fall look for my card. I used the “Wreath for All Seasons” stamp set, and the Mat Stack 3 and Layerz Mat Stack 3 dies. I stamped the berries on the twig wreath in orange and red for more depth to the image, and added a button for dimension. Thanks for stopping by!
Today is the February Papertrey Ink Blog Hop and the theme for this challenge is Marvelous Monograms. I have created a card with a stamped monogram front panel. I just love the new Mini Blooms stamp set that was released earlier this month…so much building potential with all the tiny flowers and leaves!
Stamps used: PTI Simple Alphabet, PTI Mini Blooms
Inks used: PTI…Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel, Spring Rain, Blueberry Sky, Winter Wisteria, Fine Linen, Simply Chartreuse, and Ripe Avocado
Other Supplies: cardstock, Fiskars corner punch
Today’s Papertrey Ink Anniversary Challenge was to create an accessory using at least Papertrey Ink product. I love making tile necklaces out of the blocks in the Quilters Sampler stamp sets, so I decided to enter one in the challenge with a coordinating boutique card.
Stamps used: Quilters Sampler Additions, Button Boutique, Bitty Background Blocks, and Handmade Hodgepodge
Dies used: Button Boutique
Ink: New Leaf, Blueberry Sky, and True Black
Other: Glass tile, ball chain, cardstock
Today Papertrey Ink is having a sketch challenge as part of their 6th Anniversary festivities. I chose Sketch #3 for my card. As soon as I saw the sketch I thought about the border dies, and the hearts are perfect for this time of year.
I used PTI’s Heart Border Die and the “I have always known it was You” sentiment from the Sending My Love stamp set. Thanks for looking!
Today is the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop for January. It’s been a few months since I last participated, but I hope to take part in the monthly Blog Hops a lot more regularly in 2013. This month’s challenge involves Black Backgrounds. Thanks for looking!
Stamps: Happy Together (PTI)
Dies: Limitless Layers Circles, Fabulous Frames, and Bloom Builders #3 (PTI), Vine (Sizzix)
Embossing Folder: Victoria (Cuttlebug)
Other: Button, Twine
This is my first time participating in the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop Challenge. You can read more about the challenge here. I’ve wanted to participate before, but either didn’t have enough time to put something together, or the 25th of the month passed before I realized it was upon me.
Here is this month’s challenge photo:
Here is my interpretation:
